Hi,

Her aa range is way to long. The cool-down on her shield bash is absolutely ridiculous. She can't be killed while she in ult, except is everyone focuses her. She shouldn't be able to 1v1 tanks and certain dps heroes.

Hi, I am considering applying for a position within my company that requires 50% travel to Tijuana/Tecate/Ensenada. I would appreciate your opinion if I should apply for the job. I would be based out of Colorado Springs, CO (relocating there from Indianapolis), and travel a couple weeks a month to Mexico. I’ve been told that I could stay at hotels in Ensenada, but when working at Tecate/Tijuana, I would most likely be commuting back to the US each evening. I’ve heard the border crossing can have long waits, plus I’ve read countless stories (including some from colleagues that travel there) about corruption among the police. The position would be a huge step for my career (both experience and financially), which is why I’m considering it. I have never been there but can likely be flown down for a week before accepting an offer (if I get one). Any thoughts? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, There was a thread on Exempt/Non and one recently on business travel, and something between the two just came up at my job. I'm an (correctly classified) hourly non-exempt employee and I'm going to a conference hosted by one of our vendors this fall. The original plan was to depart Tuesday morning and return Friday early evening. The conference ends mid-day on Friday. Today I get the message that due to airline cost concerns, my return flight may be changed to Saturday and include some layovers. I'm getting mixed signals from some people around here as to how that affects me as an hourly employee. I hear things like "straight 8 hours/day" and other things saying to keep track of all my time. I'll probably end up keeping track of all my time and submitting a timesheet within some guidelines that HR spells out. The thing is, now I have a situation where instead of leaving the location a short time after the conference has ended, I'll have to stick around that night, clock out early Friday with nothing really to do, then punch the clock again Saturday morning. Should I try to wiggle my way out of this, or should I just shut up and collect my hourly wage (+ overtime by Saturday probably) for traveling. Anybody else been in a situation like this? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: https://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1178647 Weather Forecast software Video Thank you.

HI, I've been in Chile for 75 days and was looking to extend my tourist visa for another 90 days. I went to the extranjeria in Santiago and hand the guy my passport, and he asks for my tourist card. I point him to the piece of paper that is stapled to the last page of my passport. Nope, that isn't the tourist card. Just a receipt that says I paid my reciprocity fee. He shows me what a tourist card does look like and I tell him I've never seen that in my life. A small white piece of paper stamped by PDI. I know this may be hard to believe but I am a super organized person and I fail to see how I could have misplaced the most important document that was supposed to be given to me at the airport. Is there at all any possibility I wasn't given a tourist visa? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
